Led by Scoutmaster Scott Sinyard, who is assisted by Assistant Scoutmasters Dr. Larkin "Ken" Wilson, Teresa Gollaher, and Chaplain Chuck Chapman, Troop 99 has been active since 1999 after a hibernation of 20 years. Numbering 25 active Scouts, the Troop has 2 patrols plus an Executive Patrol and meets weekly (except July) on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 p.m.
