My interests include collecting and reading books, natural history, gardening and landscaping, art (appreciating and participating), wine, computers, history, science, long distance cycling, hiking, genealogy, and on and on and on..........

Currently I am a Design Engineer for Alumax Bath Enclosures. My previous position was Supervisor of Drafting at the same company. I have worked in the aluminum extrusion industry for 31 years.

My areas of expertise are aluminum extrusion design, vinyl extrusion design, design of injection molded plastic parts and metal castings. I also have a general working knowledge of PC hardware and software with emphasis on telecommunications, Windows, CAD, and graphics software.

I am responsible for the technical aspects of Alumax Bath Enclosures including product development, technical documentation, and product maintenance. All my designs are created with computer aided drafting and design software, specifically AutoCad.

I was the developer and Sysop of Alumax Online BBS and I participated in the design and development of the Alumax Magnolia Web Page. and the Alumax Bath Enclosures Web Page and I am the current web administrator. I am a past member of the Alumax, Magnolia Division Information Technology Workgroup with an emphasis on networking and information systems and past Chair of the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce Committee on Information Technology.
